30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal

15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif

15ml sake – select a smooth, medium-bodied variety

Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
